Ed Jesson appointed to National Veteran Small Business Coalition Educational Foundation board of directors

Tysons Corner, VA, June 19, 2019 – OBXtek Founder and CEO, Ed Jesson, has been appointed to the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) Educational Foundation board of directors.

“Ed Jesson is a proven leader, business owner, and most importantly believes in giving back to fellow veterans,” said Scott Denniston, NVSBC executive director. “As the earliest contributor to NVSBC’s activities to help veteran small business owners, we are thrilled to have Ed’s leadership on the board of the Foundation.”

The National Veteran Small Business Coalition Educational Foundation serves two purposes: (1) provide scholarships for future VETS events for new service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) start-ups, and (2) develop training programs to make SDVOSBs and veteran owned small businesses (VOSBs) “procurement ready” to do work as prime and subcontractors in the federal marketplace.
