OBXtek obtains ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Service Management System certification

OBXtek has received certification for its ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 registered Service Management System which utilizes IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process guidelines to manage the service life cycle including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. The ITIL IT service management framework directs IT services to align with customer business needs and makes sure all development, transition, and maintenance requirements are met. This certification validates OBXtek’s processes and allows us to provide customers with concrete approaches to their IT service management needs.
