OBXtek, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Frank Martinez as Chief Financial Officer

OBXtek announced the appointment of Mr. Frank Martinez as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2016. Mr. Martinez possesses over 25 years of experience providing financial leadership at numerous high-profile companies including A-T Solutions, QinetiQ – North America, STG Inc., and Raytheon. He brings OBXtek robust experience in Organizational & System Integration; Proposal Preparation & Pricing; Compliance with FAR, CAS, CPSR, DCAA, and DCMA regulations; Financial Analysis (T&M, CPFF, CPAF, FFP); ERP Implementation (Costpoint, Oracle, Cognos Reports); and Forecasting and Reporting (GAAP, IFRS). Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia. “OBXtek is excited to have Frank join our company as the CFO.
