OBXtek Open Ratings report reflects continuing customer satisfaction

OBXtek recently received a 96% positive performance rating on its Dunn and Bradstreet (D&B) Open Ratings report. The report is an assessment of overall performance and a comparison to similar companies listed in the same Standard Industrial Classification. The results are obtained through an anonymous survey of our current customers. Our score of 96% places OBXtek in the top quintile of companies when rated on reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support, and responsiveness.
