OBXtek promotes Travis Dauer to Vice President, Training & Logistics
Tysons Corner, VA, July 1, 2019 – OBXtek Inc. announced that Travis Dauer has been promoted to Vice President, Training & Logistics. Mr. Dauer will continue to oversee the company’s Logistics division.
Mr. Dauer started at OBXtek as a program manager for the company’s National Guard Bureau projects. During this time, he contributed to the company’s growth by successfully executing another contract with the National Guard Bureau’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) teams. Earlier this year, Mr. Dauer was promoted to Director, Training & Logistics. In this role, Mr. Dauer transitioned out of his program manager responsibilities and prepared for his transition to vice president.

Mr. Dauer has nearly 20 years of experience in the training and logistics field. Prior to joining OBXtek, he served as a Senior Training Analyst with IIF Data Solutions, Inc. and served seven years as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Operations Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Dauer holds a M.A. in Emergency & Disaster Management from the American Military University.
